AirCenter7

AirCenter7 is used by the Thomas Cook Airlines Group as single user interface for call centers and partners to access the central reservation systems. 

 

Call Center users can book flights and ancillaries, process amendments and payments thru AirCenter7.

 

The ancillaries section now supports dynamic ASR and SSR, including dynamic pricing for both seats and special service requests.
